Yield: 6 Zilla Dogs

Ingredients:

For the Zilla Dogs

• 6 of your favorite hot dogs
• 6 1 oz bags of 4505 Meats Chicharrones, your favorite flavor or mix em up!
• 6 hot dog buns
• 1 ½  C kimchi
• 1/3 C scallion, chopped
• 3 sprigs cilantro, trimmed
• 1-2 tbsp 4505 Meats Money Sauce

For the Money Sauce:

• 3 tbsp Sambal
• 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 3 tbsp Yellow Mustard
• 3 tbsp Kecap Manis (Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce)

To Prepare:

First, make the sauce by combining all ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.

Next, griddle or grill your Hot Dog till golden brown.

Toast buns

Put your dog in the bun and top with kimchi, scallion, cilantro, money sauce and chicharrones.
