Each week Ryan prepares a special selection of tasty treats with his unique flavors and flair. Made from the freshest and finest ingredients from the Bay Area and beyond, they take simple lunch fare beyond belief as only 4505 Meats can do, with exotic touches like homemade relishes, multi-national ’Zilla sauce, and even bacon-dressed chocolate desserts.
